The officers of the Northeast Big Buck Club were very proud to announce the “Measurer Achievement Awards” for 2014 at our recent Awards Banquet in July.

NBBC measurers work diligently throughout the year, scoring some of the largest deer taken in the northeast so we can share them with you. They work many hours at shows and scoring events without any compensation. Without their dedication the NBBC could not provide this service to hunters in the Northeast, so we developed this program to help distinguish our most active measures and to recognize their efforts.

Several measurers achieved new award levels during the previous calendar year, as follows:

Pewter Measurer Achievement Award - Measurers are awarded a certificate and a pin representing 50 or more entries into the Northeast Big Buck Club Records.

New Pewter Award Winners:

Carmel Lehr (New York)                           Mark Parah (New York)

Bronze Measurer Achievement Award - Measurers are awarded a certificate and a pin representing 100 or more entries into the Northeast Big Buck Club Records.

New  Bronze Award Winners:

Everett Brown (Massachusetts)             Ron Boucher (Vermont)

Dan Szostek (Massachusetts)                 Mark McGhee (New York)

Silver Measurer Achievement Award - Measurers are awarded a certificate and a pin representing 200 or more entries into the Northeast Big Buck Club Records.

New Silver Award Winners:

Paul Chapdelaine (Massachusetts)        Paul Szostek (Massachusetts)
